This Privacy Policy describes how Potsaware (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit, browse, or make a purchase on this site.

1. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

  • Information you give us — name, shipping/billing address, email, phone (optional), and any notes you add to an order.
  • Payment information — handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, or Apple Pay/Google Pay). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Automatic information — pages viewed, referring URL, IP address, browser type, and a session cookie that keeps your cart between visits.

2. How we use it

To process and ship orders, communicate about your purchase, prevent fraud, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and (if you opted in) send marketing email about new releases.

3. Who we share with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the store: Cloudflare, Stripe, WooCommerce, our shipping carrier, and our email provider. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data retention

Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to object to processing and request portability.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Card data is tokenised by our payment processor and never touches our servers.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
