3. Products & pricing

Each product is photographed and described as accurately as possible. Handmade items naturally vary — minor differences in colour, glaze, weight, and finish are part of the craft, not defects. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.

4. Orders & payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order (with a refund) for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or items being out of stock. Payment is captured at order placement.

5. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for lead times and rates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered.

6. Returns

See our Refund & Returns Policy. The return window is 30 days from delivery.

7. Intellectual property

All site content (photography, copy, logos, design) is owned by Potsaware or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape the site, attempt to break into it, abuse our staff, or use the site to do anything illegal. We may suspend access if you do.

The site is provided “as is.” We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Handmade items are sold for decorative and ordinary household use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
