Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 5 business days of payment. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves the studio. Made-to-order pieces ship after the build window noted on the product page.
Shipping methods & rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We typically offer:
- Standard ground (3–7 business days) — flat or calculated, depending on size.
- Expedited (1–3 business days) — available on most items.
- Free standard shipping on orders over the threshold shown at checkout.
Heavy or fragile pieces may require freight; we’ll contact you with a quote before charging.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. International and Alaska/Hawaii orders: email [email protected] for a custom quote before placing the order.
Tracking
Tracking links are emailed automatically and visible in your account. If a package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, check around the doorstep / with neighbours, then email us if it’s still missing within 48 hours.
Lost or damaged packages
Every package is insured. If yours arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, photograph the box and contents and email [email protected]. We’ll file a carrier claim and get a replacement or refund moving the same day.
Address accuracy
Please double-check the shipping address before checkout. We’re not able to reroute packages once they’re with the carrier; reshipment to a corrected address is at your cost.
Customs & duties
For international shipments (when offered), the recipient is responsible for any import duties or VAT charged at the destination.
