30-day return guarantee

If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Personalized items

Items personalized with a custom name are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or with a printing error caused by us. We will replace any defective personalized item at no charge.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
