Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind every piece we ship. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
The short version
- 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and (where possible) in original packaging.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
- You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item.
- We’ll reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely (handmade ceramics are fragile — wrap them like you’d want to receive them) and send it back via a trackable method.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives broken or we shipped the wrong piece, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll cover return shipping plus issue a replacement or full refund — your choice. Don’t throw away the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Made-to-order, custom, and final-sale items
Custom or personalised work, items marked “Final Sale,” and gift cards cannot be returned. We’ll always note this on the product page before you order.
Late or missing refunds
Banks can take 5–10 business days to post the credit. If it’s been longer, contact your card issuer first; if they can’t help, email [email protected] and we’ll trace it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (per the steps above) and place a new order. We don’t process direct swaps because inventory moves quickly.
